Carrots laced with perfume seep through her golden gait
Smirks, gasps & hiccups crumple, tempting her fate
The rabbit gathers no tea but steals away their bags
As they rush in limbo til their clothes turn into rags
Carrots laced with honey slide down his bulging throat
Benefits, aid & humanity are cut off like the head of a goat
The rabbit pops out and nibbles at their tea stained minds
As they fall into the black hole, followed by the chain that binds
Carrots laced with fairness lift up one single thought
Kindness, health & fair play will never be sold or bought
The rabbit hops forth in time to smash the tea set
As they scatter in the wind and hopefully lose the bet

good to read you again, it's been a while. Enjoyed your satire on the Tea Party :)
